The Essentials tier is completely free — no setup fees, no monthly cost. The Premier tier is $99/month and includes priority support, co-branded marketing materials, a 12% referral commission, and more. The Elite tier is custom-priced for high-volume practices.

You should be a practicing accountant, bookkeeper, CPA, or financial advisor. There are no minimum client counts required to start — the Essentials tier is open to advisors at any stage. To access Premier or Elite benefits, you'll go through a brief review process with our team.

You earn points for actions like referring new subscribers, completing certification modules, attending webinars, and submitting client success stories. Points accumulate and unlock higher advisor tiers (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum), which come with larger revenue share percentages and additional perks. Milestone bonuses are awarded when you first reach each new tier.

There are four advisor tiers based on active client count:

• Bronze — 1–5 clients · 10% revenue share · 5% referral commission
• Silver — 6–15 clients · 18% revenue share · 12% referral commission
• Gold — 16–30 clients · 24% revenue share · 20% referral commission
• Platinum — 30+ clients · 30% revenue share · up to 30% referral commission

Revenue share and referral commissions are calculated monthly and paid out within 30 days of the close of each billing period. Payments are made via direct deposit or check. You'll receive a detailed earnings statement each month through your ProAdvisor dashboard.

Yes. Tiers are reviewed quarterly based on your active client count and points balance. You automatically move up when you hit a new tier threshold, and you receive the one-time milestone bonus at that time. Tiers do not move down mid-quarter.

Premier and above members receive a co-branded marketing kit that includes email templates, social media graphics, a one-page sales flyer, and ProAdvisor badge assets — all pre-designed with your branding alongside WLM Industries. Kits are delivered digitally within 5 business days of joining.

All ProAdvisor members are listed in the WLM Industries advisor directory, which is searchable by location, specialty, and tier. Businesses looking for a qualified advisor can find and contact you directly through the directory. Your listing includes your name, firm, specialties, and a contact link.

All members have access to the community forum and email support. Premier members receive priority support with a 4-hour SLA. Elite and Platinum members are assigned a named account manager with a direct line for escalations and strategic guidance.
